We had an excellent experience!  Highly recommend Jackie Williams..... would always go to them in the future!  We have been car shopping for months and he is one of the first salesmen to offer to let me test drive the truck and actually talk to me respectively.  Everywhere else, it was just all about my Husband.  It was amazing to both be treated well.  It was quick, simple, and easy.  Paperwork was fast and we drove home in a truck same day.  Thanks so much Jackie Williams, we will be back!

They sold my wife a dangerous and faulty vehicle that we found out had extensive electrical issues because it was in a flood in Louisiana. Had a clean title, but it must have been forged somehow.  Stay away

Found a car at their Plymouth location me and my boyfriend liked, called there but no answer so I called goshen to ask if they would take two trades (let me start by saying my boyfriend and I already have two cars in both of our names and he had an approval from his bank to get a car, I don’t work so I was going to get all the numbers before he wasted his time going in anywhere since he works a lot. We both agreed all he would do is go into the dealership to sign papers if we decided to get this car) it was the day before snow hit and I wanted to get my mustang in that day so I wouldn’t have to drive it in snow. I called goshen and explained the situation, which car we wanted and that he was already approved and we wanted to trade in two cars. He told me NOT to come in so he could talk to his finance manager and he would call me back in 10 mins. 24 hours later after no call I drove my mustang through the snow to get there. I told him all I wanted was to get a trade in value on the car because I knew what I needed to get for it to make it happen. We sat down and he took all my information and which bank I was through which was very frustrating because he didn’t need any of this. He ran the Carfax on my car and came back and told me it wasn’t a clean title because the air bags deployed in an accident. I’ve seen my cars Carfax and was shocked because I didn’t remember seeing that. That’s because that was a lie. He changed his story around saying it was in a bad accident and no airbags deployed, meaning I still had a clean title. But once they found out that approval was for only my boyfriend and not me he was done with me. Never gave me a trade in value, told me to come back with my boyfriend. Again, we live together and I handle the money and finances, I also go ahead to things like this to save him 3 hours of sitting because he works a lot. Needless to say he was furious the guy didn’t give me any numbers and we will buy a car from somewhere else.
