Terrible service, don't waste your time here.

Do NOT under any circumstances cater from this store.  My father died recently and I ordered food by telephone for the people who would be returning to my house after the funeral. I ordered 75 deli sandwiches and some side salads and was charged over $1,300. I was unable to come into the store so everything was conducted via telephone. I was never told me how much they were going to charge me or that there was an extra charge for lettuce and tomatoes.  I am not trying to get anything for free and am more than willing to pay a reasonable amount.  I tried to work out a fair compromise, but the owner of the store refused to deal with me in good faith. I would not do business with this store, they are not  honest.

While I will say I like their sandwiches, unfortunately, the service wasn't great. Definitely check your order before you leave. They will try to short you you're toppings. I have also had to remind them multiple times that the menu clearly states you can get your choice of toppings at no extra charge. It also says that your sandwich comes with a pickle and a side "salad." They will try to convince you verbally though, that this does not apply to any business done in the morning. It's too bad. They really can be great sandwiches but who wants to start their day with such a ridiculous battle?
