The Schacht is a big sammitch fulla meat! (As described by the guy here).  Cool place, good vibe.  Good value.  I liked the brisket and hot link but i like my pulled pork more on the smoked side.

Got to love that great grub that comes from the Barbeque Schacht.  Great personality and grub how could you go wrong.

Never open.... I've tried to come here multiple times. Each time they are closed for some special reason. It's hard to make it during the standard hours of 11-5 m-f. I've done it 3 times each time they are closed. I give up, the food might be good I have no idea. I'm done trying and wasting my time

I have traveled the county sampling over 100 BBQ joints from Franklin's in Austin to Grand Champion in ATL and Oklahoma Joe's in KC. These are the top three in my book but after trying The Schacht I need to say its in my new top 4 for the best of the best. The ribs are so meaty it almost appears to be a GMO hog. The sauces so original and the sides to die for. The first time I thought it was just a fluke but I have been back four times, months apart, and it's just incredible. Many times when I get the BBQ urge I wish I had an excuse to fly into SEA-TEC as this place would be my first and last stop in and out of town. Awesome job guys.
