We walk in and are immediately hit by a wall of overwhelming chemical cleaner smell. We are seated and our order is taken. While waiting for our lunch we listen to the waitresses yell loudly across the restaurant having a conversation. We get our food, the biscuit and gravy had an odd flavor, we all thought so. My chopped steak ordered medium comes to the table beyond rare. I ask them to toss it back on the grill, it came back cooked correctly but had a off flavor that I couldn't overcome. The waitress said sorry and took my plate. Although the staff was friendly, and the place looked clean, we won't be back.

Great breakfast ..good service and friendly. Soups are. Homemade. And the best Rubin in town ..good and reasonable price for breakfast and lunch .

This is absolutely the BEST biscuit and gravy I have ever had. If you're looking to get someone hooked on this southern tradition, bring them to the Biscuit Barn! I had the Clucker (chicken biscuit with gravy) and a fried hashbrown. The biscuits are huge and very filling. And every bite is amazing. It's probably a good thing for my health that we were only visiting town, otherwise I would be here every week for sure!

Biscuit Barn is my favorite breakfast spot in Citrus County. Good food, reasonable prices and great service. And keep in mind it's called "Biscuit Barn" for a reason! Get the biscuits!

Absolutely amazing!! I went on a Tuesday and got the pot roast over mashed potatoes that came with a huge delicious biscuit and it was the best I've ever had. Incredible food and awesome menu with a variety of choices. Will deffinantly be going back to this place. Highly recommended.
