Good food upstairs at Oskar Blues and a nice vibe below in the Buzzard. Great place to see some local live music.

I love the vibe of this place. Great people and great drinks. The music performance that night was incredible. I can definitely see myself coming here again for another music performance night!

The Black Buzzard is a hidden GEM in the heart of Denver, Colorado with amazing food and drinks, and top tier talent and entertainment.

The downstairs venue is a great place to see local bands.  Sound was good.  Venue was clean.  Bathrooms were clean.

Awesome place for artists to have an intimate concert with fans.

Loved the venue. However the chicken tenders and fries were inedible because they were extremely salty. I usually like EXTRA salt but these tasted like a tequila shot with how salted they were. Just not edible.

Have been to the black buzzard a handful of times! Staff is friendly and efficient. Good food. Good drinks. What I enjoyed most though was the free comedy shows on Sundays. It made the black buzzard stand out from other bars and restaurants. It was a great time and I genuinely looked forward to it every week. I am very bummed out that it won’t be continuing. I hope the decision gets reconsidered and it can start back up again soon!! When/if it does, I’m looking forward to going back.

Beautiful performance space. Lots of comedy and music weekly. Cool staff. Try parking at Writer's Square on Lawrence &15th.

Loud, warm, intimate basement venue with an impressive beer selection.  Inside Oskar Blues, then downstairs.  The place is really hard to access – not the venue's fault; the entire block is enclosed by a steel fence that currently only allows one entry point.  Seems to be the city's decision.  Don't give up!  I believe in you.
