I cook ribs and brisket on my Grill/ smoker. These are as good as mine. I cook really low heat and long time. Service is slow, they are not in a hurry. Service from Javier was excellent. Relax and enjoy your meal. If you’re in a hurry don’t come here. Great ribs, brisket and ribs, I tried my wife’s burnt ends and they were better than Jack Stack in KC. (less chard). I recommend Blu Pig BBQ.

We ate here on 4/13/18 and then the very next evening because it was good the night before and we were staying right next door. We sat in the booths in the lounge both nights. The food was great! Nice smoked flavors in all the meats. Service was fantastic, but while we were sitting there having a drink waiting for our food, people walked through the bar with they're DOGS!! They did go outside to the patio, but this is so wrong on every level. After talking to our server about it, she was nice enough to go straight to the owner and voice our concerns. When I was originally going to write a review, the Blu Pig was only getting one star, even though the food and service was very good. After watching the situation play out, the owner opened an outside gate to the patio and instructed the patrons to exit through the outside gate when they were finished with dinner.  I was very impressed and grateful for this gesture by the owner. Pets in restaurants is so wrong. We've been coming to Moab 2 times a year for the last 8 years. The Blu Pig was our most recent discovery.  Top notch food and service. Please keep the pets outside. I know after witnessing this situation,  we heard every table around us say something about the dog situation.  We will be back, despite this incident.

Hot day with a pet.  We were very impressed with Blue Pig.  Besides the smoked meats being very well done and are given great portions for the money, they let my dog sit in the gated area staying cool.  The menu has something for everyone, i.e., you can order a dinner, sandwich or by the pound.  You can tell whoever smokes the meat knows what they are doing.  We are thankful for the patio use with our pet (and we entered through the gate and existed through the gate). We will be back and our first stop with be the Blue Pig.

Great service and atmosphere. Their menu was full of great options I got the prime rib and my girlfriend had the ribs. The seasoning on the prime rib was fantastic and full of rich flavor. Their coleslaw had a creamy/vinegar flavor. The thing that really shined was the ribs they fell off the bone and the BBQ sauce they were cooked with turned into a fantastic carmelized coating. All in all it was a fantastic restaurant with great food, service and live music, for a reasonable price I strongly recommend it.

I ordered Smoked Tri-Tip slow smoked with fruit wood. Certified Angus Beef. The serving size was huge my 15 year old daughter and i shared it and had plenty of food. I would like the meat to be more tender and it wasn't as smoky flavored as I like.  The sweet potato fries were great and I liked the baked beans. Corn bread is served with meals, however we had to ask for it and it wasn't that great compared to what I have had other places either. It was good, average. Not outstanding.
