We were visiting from Texas, reviews on this place seemed decent. We were a party of five and it was busy.  Our server was friendly and we ordered our drinks which we got promptly but missing the beer, we got pizza two burgers soups salad and kids meal. Pizza was Peter piper quality at best. Broccoli cheese soup was good fries were burnt and we never got our beer. We finally got the beer after reminding the server twice but we were steady through with our food. They also did not give us plates to share the pizza after asking twice. we get it is busy, your staff is friendly but quality not very good.

Bacon wrapped meatloaf has one strip of fatty bacon wrapped half-way around the load.  The welcoming host was not welcoming. Overall I would guess that this place was run by a high school class senior project. The pizza is stellar, which is why this rating isn’t negative five. The meatloaf was also delectable. The people were conscientiously deplorable. Literally the only place in Breckenridge where I was disappointed to spend a portion of my limited time here.

Fantastic happy hour specials on food and drinks. Perfect cozy atmosphere for a dinner or happy hour after a day on the slopes. Hands down the best old fashioneds in the Western United States.

We showed up at what looked like the beginning of a second lunch rush. There was one group in front of us, and one behind, and we were waiting for a host to seat us. Three of the staff members  apologized for the wait, and told us the host would be with us shortly. We waited may be 5 minutes to be seated. Then the real rush arrived. Our waiter had seven tables and we never had to wait long for anything, and we asked for a couple of extra things after our food arrived. The food, was amazing. The chili was soooo good. And the elk burger was also very well cooked, and came out fresh. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely return!

Our server Allison was great. This location was extremely busy, but she was on top of everyone’s orders and still able to make conversation with us. Extremely caring, and overall a great worker. She deserves some recognition!
