The ladies are friendly and professional and my operator is THE BEST! She uses hardware on delicate parts so I can actually walk afterwards. She knows he stuff! I have found a permanent spot now

The ladies here are so nice and welcoming. Krista was beyond wonderful she kept me engaged in conversation which kept me from focusing on the pain of the Brazilian. Krista rocks !

I absolutely LOVE this place it has taken me a while to find a good and professional place to get a Brazilian and I stumbled across this gem on Groupon. The staff is always accommodating and pleasant and the establishment itself is just too cute. The owners are prior military so on Thursdays you can get half off of most of their services! My original wax lady is no longer with them but I just had Rebecca and I can't think of a better person to switch to she was fast and painless and kept me chatting the whole time. I love coming to the Body Chateau!

I just love this shop. The girls here are well experienced and knowledgeable about waxing. They make the experience enjoyable and painless.

I tried this facility originally after purchasing a Groupon. I loved it and it has been over 2 years and I'm still visiting every 4-6 weeks.  The atmosphere is nice and the staff is willing to try to accommodate.  I've had only one issue after change of management but it too was worked out in the end.
