There is a reason they are always hiring- they eat their young. Franchise owners- invest in some management training for your staff. A good manager greets each worker when they arrive for their shift PERIOD, that's the first thing they teach you. GOOD FOOD, BEER AND WINGS THOUGH.

The waiter was super efficient, friendly, and whitty! The food was awesome. And the waiter suggested good and drinks for us to help make our decisions.

The food was AMAZING but don't get the margarita if your a true margarita lover they are horrible. However my fiance got 2 different beers and they were great! Service was also great.

The Boulder Tap House is still fairly new to the Mason City area. However when stopping in to have lunch on a Saturday afternoon we ended up trying a new sandwich that they put out that replace their steak sandwich. This particular sandwich had spinach in it and I can't remember what else but we went ahead and ordered it and it was fantastic. I actually ordered something else but I did get to try this sandwich and I regretted my order immediately!! ( not that I didn't enjoy my sandwich because I did really like my sandwich, I just like the other one better!!) My service has always been great and this restaurant and so has by experience. If you're looking for a great sports bar I would go here hands down.

Food was amazing. Server checked on us multiple times throughout meal as did a managers to ask how everything was. Overall great experience. Will be back!!!
