Just completed a case ( with good results) with Tre Kitchens of the Brad Hendricks Law Firm and would like to say that I have hired 3 or 4 attorneys in my 30 year career in business and Tre was the best. My husband was in a motorcycle accident and we contacted this firm. We were directed to Matthew Hartness and he has been wonderful! The entire staff treated us very well! Matt and Janie were on top of things throughout our process and kept us notified of all that was going on. We sat back and let them do their thing in complete confidence. Matt even made a trip to our home in Cabot right after the accident so that my husband did not have to get out with his injuries. We will be recommending Matt to anyone in need and use him in the future if anything were to arise!

I was fortunate enough to retain Tre Kitchens as my attorney for my divorce proceedings and I could not be happier with the result.  Tre was my second attorney to handle my case as I was not confident going to trial with my initial attorney.  We were able to settle the case without going to trial, but I was 100% confident in Tre's ability to handle a courtroom.  I found Tre and all the staff at the Brad Hendrick's Firm to be extremely responsive; all emails and phone calls were responded to within 24 hours or less and all questions were answered thoroughly.  I don't think I could have found a better advocate for myself than Tre and his team and will definitely reach out to him in the future for any matters that require legal representation.

Back in 2011, I was in a visitation war with my son's father.  I didn't know where to turn until a friend of mine suggested the Brad Hendricks Law Firm. I was skeptical at first until I met up with Caroline. I immediately felt at ease and just opened up to her and she did the same with me. Even now, if there is something new with my case, she forwards the information as soon as she receives it.  I could not have asked for a better attorney, law firm, or experience because I received all three. Not only was she great at writing the pleadings, motions, and briefs; she was a beast in the courtroom. She stood up for me and my son, and I know she would still do the same today. I still talk about her amazing job and the supporting staff at Brad Hendricks. Five Stars all day.
