Christmas lights tour. Took the party bus. Our driver, Robert, was a great driver and was very courteous. He made sure there was a cooler full of ice and cups ready, as promised. He showed up on time and made sure we knew what was included on the tour. Our kids and grandkids loved the evening. Robert even took a group picture for us at the end of the evening. The dispatcher helped us choose the lights to see and he was absolutely right!  Cant say enough how we all enjoyed being together and leaving the driving to Robert! Thanks, everyone at The Loop!

The Branson Loop is by far the best shuttle company in Branson.  All of their drivers are friendly, their phone reps are also friendly. I highly recommend this company for all your needs while your visiting Branson or living here. They are always on time when I need a pick up.  If they are gonna be late they will call and let me know.

The Branson Loop is an excellent (and much needed) service. I have been using them for my past several visits. No traffic stress. No parking worries. And the air conditioner is already on. Call them early and set up a pick-up time when you can. If you can't, just call them and work with them.  I have yet to have my first problem with them. Recommended.

This business is to offer a SAFE service to the public for transportation. We called the loop so we could be safe while having a few drinks at dinner. Once our driver arrived it was apparant that the vehicle was in extremely poor condition. After a 20 minute drive our car broke down. Leaving us no option but to walk to our destination, since It would be close to an hour before a new driver arrived. Management comped our way there. Told us we would get a discount on our way home, we were expecting a safer ride home in which we gave this company the benefit of the doubt things happen.... our ride home shows up- different vehicle same concerning safety problems. Back seat belts weren't properly functioning breaks you could feel the scratching and screeching in the car. For a company to 1. Allow their employees use such vehicles( company provided vehicles) is insane no one should work under those conditions, It makes the driver look bad. 2. Customers call them to provide them with a safe service and pay a hefty fee to get to their destination SAFELY! I do not recommend this company!!
