My fiance and I went to the brick recently to purchase an appliance for our new home. We were very impressed with the service we received at this store located at the Centre Mall. The staff were very professional and helpful. We worked together to find the perfect appliance for us, and at the best price. Compared to some other furniture/appliance stores we've been to recently, the Brick certainly stood out as a store we will continue to do our shopping at and recommend to family and friends. We were blown away by the home decor as well! Very nice decor and not junky looking like at other furniture stores. Highly recommend!!

After not having much success at The Brick in St. Catharines I decided to go to the Hamilton location near where I worked.... I was helped by Mr. Scott Jones in appliances and he took my 3 week issue and fixed it in 20 min. Very knowledgeable and informative. My future purchases through The Brick will be made through Scott only. A+ job.

The customer service wasn't that great. The products are typical of the brick I guess. Got a good deal on a mattress because of the sale at the time. To be honest if the sale wasn't going on, I would not have bought anything. Store is clean and organized though.

Do not buy the warranty !!!! I purchase about 8k of furniture with this company, and because of the amount, I got insurance that was said to cover pretty much anything from kids drawing on the furniture to wine stains. A few months later, the white leather dining room chairs I purchased are covered in blue because if anyone sits on them with jeans, it’s automatically rubs off onto the chairs and stains them. I called and wanted to get new chairs, so they took a look at my chairs and said they will not cover them under the insurance because it’s normal wear and tear and not the manufacturing’s fault. So you will cover wine stains and children’s drawings but not stains from jeans? Which really shouldn’t happen. Every person who sits on my chairs are horrified when they get up and see what they have done. I’ve owned a lot of white leather in my life and have never experienced an issue like this. Never shopping here again, and I strongly warn others not to get the warranty. They will lie about what is covered on it and then deny you when it happens.

We ordered a sectional couch from The Brick in November of 2016. We asked for delivery to our new house in January 2017. When the couch was delivered half of the feet were missing. After calling the store and being told repeatedly to keep looking for the feet, we were told that they could ship us replacement feet but it would take 2 weeks. I told them to come pick up the couches as I did not eant them if they didn't have half the feet. They fumbled for solutions to not jave to pick up the couches but did not make an easy solution. After No success on the phone, I went to the store and requested feet off of a floor model. The sales people begrudgingly took the set of feet off a floor model. Now 3 weeks after our year warranty has expired the wood frame inside one side of the sectional has broken causing the cushions to sink back into the couch. We called and asked if there was anything the company could do and they said No. Disappointing quality for the money paid. Very poor customer service and pushy sales people. I will never return to The Brick.
