Was out looking for a Queen mattress today went to a majority of the places in Hamilton prices were ridiculous. I knew what I was looking for and what my price range was it was know where to be found till I came here. I told them what I was looking for what my price range was I was given two options both at prices that couldn't compare to anywhere else I mean like WOW price. The 2 gentleman's I met were friendly welcoming couldn't be happier with my experience I do recommend going here you will not be disappointed. If you don't know what your looking for how will they. Prepare your self when your going shopping make your self clear helps you and the sales person. They can't assist you if you don't have a clue what your looking for let them know your price range. Don't listen to these 1 stars go check it out yourself with the information I provided. Thank you so much for your service!!!

Great place to shop.... Great service provided.... Great deals..... Even after reading the bad reviews I still went in to check out the place, as my friend had bought furniture here earlier and was really happy with the service. I was helped by both the salesperson working in the store, very knowledgable staff. My furniture was delivered on the promised date. Delivery guys did an excellent job on furniture set up. I give them 5 stars... Highly recommend this place.

First I have to say Jay one of the sales guys was amazing. Bought a couch and love seat and other furniture. Spent alot of money, love seat is great but sofa fell apart 1 1/2 years later. Frame is broken and spings have come out on one side. Jay tried everything he could. Manufacture said out of warrenty. Warrenty is only good for one year. Very disappointing. So going to throw out the couch. Will never buy another piece of furniture from this place again.

Cam or Scam as I like to call him; tried to quote me $100 dollars over the advertised price. Prices in store are inflated and they make it seem like they are giving you a deal when they knock off a couple bucks or throw in free delivery. When confronted about this, he denied knowing the advertised price, tried to run circles by telling me that the original quote only included "some" taxes. Super shady, I would expect the same quality of service in some dark alley downtown. Update: Excuse me but you must be mistaken. I was only in your store once before we had the disagreement on the price. If you only had one price for each item, I'm sure it would be a lot easier for you to remember in the future and every customer would get the same deal. I feel I made the right decision by making my purchase at leons, very similar 3 piece set but with more cushioning and a 5 year warranty on craftsmanship for only an additional $250.
