Easy to talk too, quickly answered questions, through, aggressive, and economical. I have years of business experience with attorneys and was also involved  at the same time with a Norther attorney on a sililar case who just wanted to settle for what ever he could get. We selected the Briggs firm after an extensive review of available attorneys and  meeting with several. At one of the large law firms they asked for our credit card even though they told us an initial consultation was at no charge.

 We hired Briggs about 6 months after the accident as we were not making any headway with the other party. Briggs entered into negations with the other parties insurance co, our insurance co and the  rental car company for the other party. The rental company was a real stretch but Briggs managed to convince their attorney that  it was better to settle than litigate. In my experience I never would have though the rental company had any liability. Briggs approached the case from day one as if he would have to go to court. That included notices to the other parties, detail  documentation to support our claim and good negations skills to settle without the added expense of  court. I prefer a small firm as I think each case is more important to them and they will not just settle cases to meet a performance goal. Briggs was one of the best attorneys I have worked with and I have recommended him to friends.

In 2007, I was on my way to work and was hit by a male individual that had no driver’s license and no insurance.  

I suffered injuries of numerous broken ribs, my pelvis broken in three places and my spline ruptured in half.  I was in intensive care two weeks and yet another two weeks in the hospital. I was confined to a hospital bed at home for another two months.  

Mr Randy Briggs had handled another case for a family member that was successful and was handled with complete professionalism.  Therefore, there was no hesitation for us to contact Mr. Briggs for his representation on my behalf. 

Mr. Briggs handled my case swiftly and we were pleased with his competence, his knowledge and professionalism.  My husband and myself felt as though we had a friend working on our behalf.  The settlement he generated for us was generous and we were well pleased with the outcome of our experience with the Briggs Law Firm.
