The universal bar & speed bag are so fluid in transition from one position to another, that you almost don't feel like your working out, until you see (and feel😅) the fast results... Compact and versatile. A great way to rehab or get a workout on the go, while reducing the risk of injury.

The burn machine was a great tool in training for me personally, had no issues adjusting to the speed bag which is now one of my key tools for working out. Had no issues ordering and using the new promotional codes. Shipping was on time, and no malfunctions. 5/5*.

After using the universal for the past two months I have fallen in love with the results. I've been able to see them in my back, forearms, bi's, tri's due to being able to either rotate my hands as I go or jump right into reverse or hammer bent over rows, reverse or hammer bicep curls, reverse or hammer scull crushers and pretty much any other barbell workout. definitely never getting rid of this thing.

The universal bar, is a bar from the future, it is a mix of convince and efficiency all while getting better results than my old curl bars

This is the cure to working out with tendinitis! No more elbow pain when curling, also the speed bag really helped tremendously with building upper body strength at no pain
