Great Martial Arts gym with great, friendly instructors and a family environment. Everyone here is courteous and welcoming. I personally recommend this gym to anyone who expresses an interest in physical fitness or martial arts as it was recommended to me by my former Jiu Jitsu instructor in Flint. I'm very happy that he did.

If you want to get charged for something you aren't using, go here!

I froze my membership before moving out of state. A month later they charged my card $109. According to Todd "the owner", they got a new billing system and they can't do refunds. He offered to give me one month credit, knowing I had moved half way across the country and that wouldn't be helpful.
He was supposed to talk to his accountant about other options and give me a call back..that never happened. I still haven't gotten my money back and its been almost 4 months
The lack of professionalism and customer care is very disappointing. I would not recommend this gym to anyone.

I have trained here since it opened.  It is a friendly, clean and professional environment.  I am not training to fight, just to keep healthy and functional in my life.  You and your family couldn't choose a better place to train for whatever your goals. 

Todd (my trainer) and his crew are great at what they do.  I would recommend them to anyone with no hesitation.

This place is great for anyone... people looking to compete or just wanting to learn how to defend themselves. They also have great personal trainers that will whip you into shape... and the best part is they have kids classes!
