The Cake Box

They forgot to give me my cinnamon roll, didn't realize it wasn't there till I got home 20 min away. The roll was the main reason I even went. Coffee was good. Cupcakes were good. Wish I knew what the cinnamon roll tasted like

I have been a customer of The Cake Box for many years, and I am always impressed with their products from the incredible cakes to the delicious cupcakes. I also love their local coffee.

Very poor customer service. They have a young girl answering the phones and she is couldn't care less about the customer if she tried. You can't reach a manager or the owner on the weekend bc the girl will not make it happen at all. They do not deliver even on busy weekends like Mother's Day. Thumbs down

Very efficient but lacking in customer service. Cake was just ok pretty and very dry. They said they make them fresh, have had way fresher cakes .

Robert the owner is very professional and and was a pleasure to work with he allowed us to try samples of his flavors and filling as well taste a cupcake to get the feel for the texture and taste... he did an AMAZING job on my sisters baby shower cake and cupcakes I will definitely come back and do bussiness with him and his staff again. Thank you so much to your team for putting together this cake and cupcakes for my sister. Anthony Coleman
