Its a typical Panera. The service here is very quick and friendly, there are seats neat a fireplace for when its cold, and some limited outdoor seating when its warm. On Sunday mornings the motorcyclists gather here before they head out on their rides so if you like bikes its fun to gawk. Its usually not crowded in the morning, but can be a bit at lunch service. So grab a paper amd a coffee there in the morning and relax before the day starts.

0 for 6 at this panera. Unfortunate that I work near this particular one. Always have my order incorrect. Even when I eat there I notice that they do not give you much. Every other panera gives you a hefty amount of food. I get half of the portion here than the ones located in Brookfield and New Milford. Save yourselves some grief and $$$ and just take the trip to the Brookfield or New Milford locations. You will get double the portions there. Apparently, "Accuracy Matters" doesn't apply here.

Good Panera restaurant. Average wait times for a Panera. Clean spaces to sit and spend time. A little busy but that's b/c of its location.

We eat at various Paneras and find the food for a quick meal 4 stars. Each location is different on the service and employee attitude though. Our last visit on a Friday evening was our worst. The Google note referenced this was historically a busy time for this location. 8 couples in line, 1 person handling counter. After waiting 10min a second person came out to help. This did help. No kiosk to put in a quick meal may be another option to help in these situations. Thet ran out of table beepers, were supposed to call name. Never called name so we waited while food was sitting there in front of us. Lots of table keepers at kitchen no one thought to bring them to the front. Same person who came out to help at counter came out to get dishes. This was a VERY NOISY affair. He did not have to throw plates and silverware around, just place them in the tray.

Every Panera is basically the same, which is a good thing you always know what you are going to get
