The day I signed on the dotted line I started telling myself I will be a new person.   As the time approached for the Saturday weigh in I new my journey had begun.   I'm a people watcher and as i watched the inner working of the staff as they joked and reassured all the nervous challengers I felt at home.   
However,  now came the hard part.  Staying focused and mentally not beating your self up.   The first week of camp is eye opening and enlightening.   As the trainers start giving you your work out plan and you can actually do 50% of it you begin to say i got this.   When week two rolls through and your body is on fire you think why am I pouting my self through this, something happens: a complement is bestowed on you and you notice your pants are slipping.   Week three and your numbers are changing, your new friends are waiting and your hyped to be making the transformation.  Every week was a challenge to find the time, motivation, and drive to continue, but as the final weigh in approached you told your self you had this nothing wad going to stop you, you ate your fish and vegetables with pride and made everyone believe you loved it.   The camp is the place to build a new you,  find a new way of life,  and make long lasting friends.  i would recommend this place tho anyone who asks.    With the amazing trainers who are now family, my 25lbs I left on the mat wouldn't feels like I hit the lottery.

One of the best gyms I have ever been to. Now my whole family goes. My son has lost almost 100 lbs. I am doing my first challenge and have lost almost 7lbs in three weeks. My wife beat her hard body challenge. They teach the entire process. Food to workouts and nutrition.
The staff is the best.
You won't be sorry to took the time to check them out.

I joined and it was one of my best choices. I was able to loose weight and get into a more healthy life style thanks to The Camp.
