Awfull attention,  they  lie saying 1st time buyer or bad credit, no problem, you'll go driving, but that's only if you have a high downpayment, and when you get realize they sell "certified very expensive cars".

These guys have terrible customer service. I call them on the phone and they always say they'll get back to me, but never do, even after a few days. That is not the way to treat a customer who says he's interesting and willing to pay all up front for a car. The cars are cheap because they're severely damaged. If you're seriously considering buying from them, bring a mechanic to look at the car in question and make sure it doesn't have frame damage because they're known to lie.

The Car Shack Is in need a great place. Professional and friendly, they helped me out as a new car buyer. Freddy was my sales person and he spoke honest words. Couldn't be more grwatful for my first time car buying experience. It was eye opening. I totally recommend! (:

Finance manager tried to get us to use his bank after we tools him we had our own that he said he accepted but told us if we used our bank we'd have to make a payment of $1200 to his bank's account within 30 days and that amount has nothing to do with the amount of the car. So where does this money go to? Smh... Scammers, con artist and cheats. Worse place ever. Won't recommend to anyone.
