I really like this place for a lot of reasons. For starters, The staff are all personable as well as very knowledgeable. They also have no problem slicing you off a sliver of cheese so that you can sample their cheese and dial in on the right cheese for the occasion.

Knowledgeable and helpful staff. I went in looking for cheese curds and left with a cheese pairing for a hoppy beer I recently made!
