The food and cheesecake are generally very good. Service is on par for a very busy place. Great location and atmosphere. Free parking with validation, but keep an eye on time limits. It's easy to lose tract of time with everything going on at the Americana! Enjoy!

The three stars is for the food. Service wasn’t good. I worked in the service industry for over 5 years and understand that large parties can be hard however, there was nothing special from the “main” server. My lemonade was never brought out, a dinner was never brought to the table, and the check wasn’t split despite the fact it was spoken about when we sat down. The other server helping was very attentive and knew what was going on so this is not a reflection of him. There was also no manager who came over to check on us after the missing dinner or clear frustration of the table.

This place was a little hard to find but after we got there it was pretty amazing. My wife and I met our friends there for a dinner after our business trip to California. I have never been to Cheesecake Factory before so I have no standards to compare it to but overall everything that everyone a including my wife eating a fully vegetarian meal was amazing. We definitely enjoyed ourselves at the Cheesecake Factory. The fountain right across the street is also a beautiful place and the entire area of the Americano Park as beautiful.

This place is great. It has good affordable food with HUGE portions. Service is good as well. If you are deciding to come here on the weekend, get ready to wait. It is normally busy here on the weekends.

Some of the portions were quite small for the price. Salad portions were very nice. Waiters seemed overwhelmed which is understandable at such a busy time.  They did forget my water, salad dressing and then also my margarita. Not a huge deal but still slightly annoying. I still give it 4 stars because the food is pretty good, the staff is polite but the menu is somewhat overpriced and this location is slightly disorganized.
