The factory is one of those places that where ever you go you can always receive a good meal. Portions are always huge and sometimes your food takes a bit of time to come out. The happy hour app deals are fantastic though and only available at the bar. This location receives lots of traffic so be ready to wait during prime time.

Amazing service even though it was busy. The Hibachi steak with Asparagus was amazing and perfect cooked at medium well. Thank you for a great night out Cheesecake Factory. Our server Oleana was also amazing.

Fancy deco interior and generous portions. The menu includes calorie counts for each food item. All food items seem to be very high calories, but they do have some of the best tastes in town. Those individuals counting calories might opt for bite-size portions while packaging the remainder of the portion to be enjoyed over many sessions. Considering the taste and the portion size, the prices seem moderate.

This place is expensive and you are not getting what you are paying for. The waitress was a complete idiot. First of all the bread that she brought was cold. And I asked for bread again and it took forever to come. She took her time getting our drinks when we needed refills. They do not allow adults to get kids meal. I was very angry as I was coming from a funeral and did not want a lot to eat. So I told her I wanted to speak to the manager. She told a manager and he said it was OK that my party and myself were allowed to get the kids meal but we will have to pay for the drinks separately. I told her that was fine but there was no way you can stop me from getting a kids meal if I'm not that hungry and do not want a full plate of crap, regardless of what ever it is you are offering just because I am not 10 years old! When I did get my kids meal it was the saddest thing you have ever seen. I ordered a grilled chicken with french fries. The fries were delicious. I got a mini chicken breast and cut that in half and that was the portion of meat that I got. It was literally cut in half as you could see the knife had gone through it and only a quarter of a small piece of grilled chicken was on my plate. After all of that it was burned! I asked for fruit instead of vegetable. What you get is many cut up apples and oranges and blueberries. That is good for a child to eat. As an adult it is terrible. I understand that this is a kids meal but seriously the portion was ridiculous! The busboy was nicer and quicker to help me than waitress was. The bathroom lighting is very dim. It makes you want to sleep. It is not so much relaxing in the bathroom as it is barely any light to see. The place is freezing cold, you must wear a jacket if not two.

Very good service and parking. I have been going to Cheesecake Factories for years and two things always amazes me: 1. The extent of the menu. Many (too many?) dishes to choose from. All of them usually available. So if you want a healthy selection, you got it. If you want "hearty" stuff, you got it too. 2. The consistency. The taste and quality of the food has remained the same for years and they are the same from one restaurant to another. This specific location is conveniently located and has great parking.
