This place is great!! If you call up and make reservations beforehand, they'll print custom menus for your special occasion which is a really sweet touch. Their staff is incredibly attentive, and have great conversation. The wine was incredibly delicious and the server made an excellent choice in pairing the right wine with our meal. We had such a great time and the food was amazing

The food was bland my 10 year old son can cook better. My experience was marred by the poor service. We waited 25 minutes to order a drink which we had to get a managers attention to order. If you order the crab cake app be advised it's only one. For the amount of the check I would have loved better service and seasoned food. Won't be back ever.

What a bad experience.
Last night my husband and I arrived at Morton’s Boca Raton at 7:55. Our reservation was at 8 pm. The hostess told us it would take about 15 minutes for our table. We stayed there standing waiting, even why the waiting room was incredible crowded. 20 minutes later I went to ask how long more, she said there were lots of people in front of us. I asked, what is the meaning of making a reservation if we have to wait anyhow? who answered me was the manager in a very rude way, “if you don’t have one you have to wait for 2 hours, with a reservation one hour”. What a horrible way to treat your guests. So after 40 minutes waiting I went to the hostess again and she said there was 4 tables before me, then we decided to leave and the hostess told me “good night” in a sarcastic way. We’ll never comeback to this place ever again. By the way, while waiting I used the lady’s room, not the cleanest I have been. That made me suspicious about their kitchen.

Fantastic!! The wine list is extense with  excellent wines. The pottery house ia wonderful.

Made reservations for 7:45...arrived at 7:30 told it would be 20 minutes. Thats fine. 1/2 hour later we checked in and were told there were 4 parties ahead of us also waiting....thats not ok. Checked back at 8:30 ..now we are hungry and aggrevated..but we were now seated. The shrimp scampi was tasteless ...the bread with onions on top tasted like burnt onions. The only plate we enjoyed was the lobster appetizer. This night was for a friends birthday. The waitress came with a nice cake dropped it on the table and continued on..she could have acknowledged a birthday. All around I will go back to Ruth Chris...why have reservations and wait 45 minutes..just a crappy way to do business.
