Nicely run Cheesecake Factory.  The entrance is right beside the mall entrance and easy to get into. The decor is normal for Cheesecake Factory and the waiter was very friendly.  I love that this place has a huge menu for lots of selection.  Just remember that the portions are huge!  So splitting a dish may be a good idea.  Otherwise be ready to get a takeout box.

We went to The Cheesecake Factory in CambridgeSide when attending the Cub Scout overnight at the Museum of Science. The food was excellent but somewhat pricey in my opinion. It's best to call ahead for reservations as it was about a 30-minute wait for us to get a table as walk-ins.

So the manager of this place is full of excuses for his and his crew‘s incompetence. I waited 40 minutes for a severely under-cooked burger, practically bleeding, and also happened to mention the fact that they forgot the butter. I asked how busy the kitchen was before I ordered. Was quoted 15-20 minutes by two different people.

When I called, the manager was stuck on the fact that I didn’t get my “butter“ and continuously mentioned that, saying “sorry we didn’t put I your free butter” minimizing the fact that I was calling at all, maybe forgetting the fact that they also gave me a burger that was practically still alive. Also forgetting that people get bread just for the butter they serve with it. Also no cutlery, and over cooked chicken. This is the worst cheesecake factory I have ever been to.

 And the manager LOVES speaking over you on the phone!

Cheesecake factories are never well-lit, but this one has decent lighting for once!
The food is good, service was sweet even when they were running around serving other customers. Felt understaffed? There weren't many people there, but waiters still looked like they were super busy.
