We stopped in for a late lunch on way to Providence, RI as my children had never been to a Cheesecake Factory and wanted to try it out. We arrived around 2 on Columbus Day and while they were busy there were many empty tables. I gave them my name and we were being seated within a minute. The waitress took our drink order and returned with them about 10 minutes later. We ordered our food at that time and although she kept updating us on our order, it took almost an hour to receive it. The hold up was my salad, just a regular house salad, nothing extra. Apparently they were behind on making the salads. If we would have had to wait for them to make my son's meal I would have understood but to wait for a house salad is not something I would have expected from a restaurant of this size and name. I asked for a refill of my tea, that never did come, because they were waiting on a little teapot to fill with hot water. Mine was empty, but they never took mine off the table to refill. I must say the food was good and plentiful and had it not been for the long wait without what I consider a good explanation I would have rated them higher. This is definitely not the service I expected from the Cheesecake Factory.

I previously reviewed and the decline in, well, pretty much everything warrants an edit. It seems as if cheesecake factory no longer cares. Kind of like how married couples let their bodies go after a few years because, why bother making an effort? That's how i feel about cheesecake factory and perceive them to feel the same about their guests. The portion sizes are not as impressive as they used to be, forget ordering any kind of meat and actually getting the temp you requested. Service is absent at best. Management hides in a corner due to front and back of the house caring less about providing a pleasurable dining experience for their guests. The only relatively consistent thing is the cheesecake but I will not go out of my way to be served by a miserable server and spend $8 to leave with an experience that lacks everything a person looks for in a restaurant. 2 thumbs down. Its a shame.

Not the locations fault, but this food is a heart attack waiting to happen. I don't get what all the fuss is about. This chain food is not even authentic, can get much better versions elsewhere.

Great menu diverse and healthy. They only validate parking withing 1 hour. I gave 2 stars because of the silverware being absolutely filthy. Totally unacceptable

Reservations were made, however I did wait an estimated 10-15 minutes. Ordered lemon herb chicken, was raw in some parts. Pretty good aura. Cheesecake: 10/10. Overall experience: 5/10
