Well were do I start to tell you, this store employee's customer service was the worst I have seen. First of all this store doesn't give back full refunds just exchanges. These employees are so disrespectful. It's not my story to tell but I think it needs to be heard.
There was this customer who came into the store with some baby clothes that she wanted to get a refund on and the cashier just told her they don't give refunds. She didn't want to tell her the reason why she wanted a refund but did so anyways and the reason was that she had a miscarriage and didn't need the clothes anymore and just wanted to get her money back . The cashier did not have any sympathy to say she was sorry to hear that or make an effort to try and do anything which I thought was wrong of them and the store policy. Why wouldn't they have refunds for reasons like that and especially being a children's clothing store. Something needs to be done about that ASAP!
