This Children's Place location is very small and difficult to get around if you have a stroller with you or kids in tow. Like other locations, their prices are high unless they're running a good sale. I personally would rather shop Children's Place online, as their prices usually end up cheaper than what you find in the store.

They offered an incentive to open an account, so I did.  When I paid it completely off, I received a two dollar bill...I ignored it...then I received a 6 or 8$ bill. This went on until I called them.  I still assumed it was an error on their part but they are claiming it was an amount that didn't show when I closed the account.  The amount is now nearly $50 and it has been reported to the credit bureau and has damaged my credit score by 55 points.  Do not open a charge account with this company!!!!  They don't care about anything but their cash.  I will never...ever...shop their again.  I have been their customer for my children and my grandchildren....and nieces and nephews...but he'll will freeze over before I go there again.

I went to the location at Arnot Mall with my two little ones in stroller. When I walked in, two women at the register, while checking someone out, abruptly said to me "can we help you with something?". I did not feel welcome. I told him I was looking for black fancy dresses and the woman said they don't have any. I felt like that was a very bizarre and rude response. She said we only have older girls black dresses. When I looked in the infant and toddler section, I found several black dresses so I'm not sure why they treated me like that. I felt very uncomfortable and will never go to the store again.

They have the cutest clothes! My daughter loves all the accessories they have.
