Went in yesterday and bought a pair of Dansko shoes, wore them today and called to tell them they were killing my feet. Told me they would only take them back if they could be resold and only for store credit!!  Not very good customer service!!

I brought my cowboy boots in a month ago to have the soles and the heels replaced along with the zippers and specifically stated do not clean them or do anything to the leather I want them the way they are. I go back a week later to find they put brown shoe Polish on them and never repaired either zipper. The girl at the desk who I had left the boots with stated she had written the instructions down and didn't know why he hadnt fixed the zippers and why he put shoe Polish on them when it had specifically said not too.I left the boots there and have been waiting for a call back for 2 weeks to let me know my boots were correctly repaired. After hearing nothing we drove back (mind you we live over an hour away) to find out from his employer that he can not fix the zippers. So I asked why did he even sole the shoes If  he can't fix the zippers.They wanted $55 for the new soles,  Mind you one of the boots was not even centered on the new soles. the boots were very poorly done. We stayed in town all afternoon to wait for the owner to return. When we stopped back to discuss the situation and asked him why he would even sole a shoe he was unable to fix the zippers on, he stated he was never told to repair zippers. That's when his employer out and out lied and stated we had never requested the zippers be fixed nor had we stated not to clean them. They ruined my favorite boots, we were so mad by their customer service we walked out and left them there. Do yourself a favor and find another shoe repair shop. 0 stars would be our rating.

Went in last week to repair my favourite leather shoes and explicity was told and asked them to call me with a quote/idea of the repair. NOPE! Today I was called saying they were done. Expecting a good job, I went in and saw they had simply TORE out the leather soles of the shoe and replaced them with cheap craft foam stuff. Charged me 15.00$, plus taxes.

Heck I'm being too generous with one star.

I have purchased six pairs of shoes from the shoe doctor and I have been pleased with the customer service.  They stand behind their products.  Gary has always been helpful and a true gentleman when it comes to recommendations and knowing what shoe is best for you.  Thank you shoe Doctor!!!  I will never purchase another shoe besides sneakers from any other store!!!!

I brought in my Uggs to have them cleaned. They came back in worse shape than I brought them in. Completely ruined but didn't charge me for the cleaning. Don't. Go. Here.
