Story

We are a vibrant community of broken people learning how to love well, live Jesus, and believe big together. We're open to anyone and everyone who is interested in seeing what life lived together on mission for Jesus is all about.

We gather weekly for a contemporary worship service on Sundays at 9:30 AM, 11 AM, and 12:30 PM. We have fun services for kids birth-6th grade at each service and small groups for students 7th-12th grade. Come as you are, we don't have a dress code! Come to the Starting Line at your first visit for a free gift, and of course grab you coffee before heading into worship. No previous church experience is needed for you to feel comfortable and welcome here! We're excited to see you soon!

This church is amazing! Truly filled with believers with the goal of spreading God's gospel. The sermons are real and meaty and relevant. The pastors don't
preach about what people want to hear, they preach about what people need to hear and what God tells them. It has a welcoming atmosphere, down to earth, and focused on God and growing that connection and intimacy with Him. I will never go anywhere else. I love the church at severn run!

If I could, I would spend all my time at this church. I'm a part of the Worship team, and I love the support and family I've come to know through this church.

They worship America instead of God.

I visited on the Fourth of July. This large, high production, evangelical church replaced every element of worship of God to worship of America—cross to flag, hymn to pledge, procession to March, Jesus to soldier, Bible to Constitution.

They were nice and worked hard, but they have fallen into idolatry in an attempt to attract soldiers and government workers from Ft. Meade next door.

This church is hands down the best one I've ever gone to. Sunday morning worship is fantastic and the youth group is strong, caring and fun to go to! There are plenty events and ministries to be a part of and there are three services, one at 930, one at 11, and one at 1230 on Sunday mornings. Its pretty rad.
