Been to the Northbrook location and had a very good experience there. We went there there 2 days ago, first time at the location. The food was very good, the portions were huge. The menu was difficult to read and navigate. It needs to be in a more user friendly format. However what made our visit poor was our service. Our particular waitress was just odd. She took our orders but it seemed like she wanted to be anywhere but taking our order. She checked on us once the entire time we were there. She would not smile but every so often she would flash a forced smile like through gritted teeth. It was an odd experience, like being in a Restaurant Impossible episode.  I would like to go back as we did like the food but I don't want to risk getting this waitress again. We'll give it a few months before thinking about going back.

The Claim Company has great friendly servers & makes a point to remember things previously ordered.  The food is very good.  I suggest going there.  A place where guests feel important  and are remembered.  They even make a point to have my favorite drink always available each time I show up.  The Owner/Manger welcomes you upon your arrival.  I always leave with a smile. Try it.  Upon arrival tell the manager or greeter that The Bailey's Lady told you to come. You will put a smile on Mgr's, Server's & Bar Tender's face!  I love this place.  Casual dress, Children​ are welcomed also.

Awful service.  Went yesterday to the Vernon hills claim company to try it.  French onion soup had no flavor.  Took 2 sips and didn't eat it.  Waitress NEVER came to see if there was an issue and the bus boy took it away after 20 minutes of it sitting there. The Caesar salad was bland.  I can get a crappy chicken Caesar for under $13 anywhere.  My friend had some burger.  Average.  Got a refill on my drink 10 minutes after we were done eating.  I can't imagine this place staying open very long but I guess if you get drunk enough you won't notice the horrible food or even worse service.  At least we tried it once.  I'll stick to Ruth's Chris.

Why in the world would they put that much sage in the mushroom soup?!? The steak wrap apparently needed a metric d*ck ton of sage as well. The other food was great, though. I had the smothered steak sandwich, which oddly enough, had no sage.
