I've never been blatantly ripped off and treated so poorly. After being a customer for many years I asked a simple task of having them look for a lower rate for my auto ins policy at 8 am. After not hearing back I called around 430 pm the same day only to hear that the task would take a couple more days. 2 MORE DAYS???? We all know you can get your own quote online in less than 5 minutes. After asking why it would take so long, the agent proceeded to give me the run around then hang up on me. (Must have been too stressful for her). I immediately got my own policy with the same coverage for $200 less per month and called back to let them know their customer service was incredibly poor and unprofessional and due to that they have lost me as a customer. They did not seem to care one bit. Over all. I would recommend that anyone who has this agent should leave them immediately and as a disclaimer to anyone considering them, don't waste your time. Unacceptable.

Maureen Culligan has been exceptionally helpful during all periods of needed insurance coverage.  Having had the Connor's Agency for over 25 years, the service, the pricing and the professionalism have met all possible expectations.

The Connors Agency is great! It is a friendly insurance agency that caters to personal service and is always available to help a customer out with all their insurance needs. They have always been able to file a claim or straighten out any problems with an insurance Company quickly. Their website is helpful as well.

You can do everything on this website! You can request quotes, make payments and even report claims. It is easy to navigate and very informational. I highly recommend The Connors Agency!

Dont do business with this insurance company.  For some odd reason they charge entirely more than the insurance companies direct. and I mean WAY more, almost 1000 every 6 months more than the company themselves.  Guess they must be in bed with Bill Connors who ripped off the entire city of mechanicville huh?
