After hours of research and consultations with other attorneys (some are friends of mine), I chose James Giardina and The Consumer Rights Law Group to represent me. And oh boy am I glad I did! James made me feel like a weight was lifted from the moment I met with him. You simply provide him with the facts. He tells your options, discusses process/approach, and then he takes over and executes. The communication throughout my case was superb! He was was easliy accessible, quick to respond, and followed through immediately. I drove from St. Petersburg to meet with him and he was worth every bit! He is the BEST of Tampa Bay. I strongly recommend!

OUTSTANDING IN EVERY WAY

Mr Giardina spent 30 minutes with me over the phone for free and gave me names and numbers of attorneys that had represented plaintiffs who had similar cases to mine.  At his own expense, he dug into a paid for database and did a large amount of research, even though he was very busy attending to other matters - knowing I was never going to be his client.  If he represents clients in his field with the same tenacity, I fully recommend him to anyone that is a potential client in his field.  

OUTSTANDING IN EVERY WAY!  I could not have been more pleased.

James and his staff are absolutely the best at what they do. I spoke with 3 attorneys before I met with James and he offered me a same day appointment. I met with him and his staff, we discussed my stressful situation, and within 72 hours he had my case dismissed and had me breathing normal again. Also within that 72 hours James had updated me at least 4 times and took all 5 of my calls and addressed all my concerns.
