We had an excellent meal at The Coop! We were on our way to Disney and saw the rave reviews about their fried chicken so had to stop by. The kids’ meals were great-perfect portion and delicious. They were truly amped about the cookie, too. As for the fried chicken, it did not disappoint. I got the broccoli salad and carrots and they were outstanding. The staff was beyond accommodating and friendly. Definitely a Google 5 Star worthy meal!

The Coop is fantastic place for chicken and more. The absolute best friend chicken in the Orlando area but is much more than that. The Mac and cheese is my favorite in town and you have so many choices from Chicken and Dumplings, Chicken Fried Steak, Chicken Tenders, Chicken Salads and more. Plus, the additional items are vast from fired okra to beans....you name it they have it....plus out of the world desserts and cool drink selections from old to new. You cannot miss going here. To place your order you look st the menu and then go down a service line where you can see most of your selections. Once you pay you sit and they bring the hot fresh food to you. This is located near Park z in Winter Park ....only a short 2-3 minute walk for a great breakfast, lunch, brunch or dinner.

This place does stuff right. It's the little things that make the experience great. The comfort foods are a cut above average with interesting combinations like a chicken fried steak-eggs Benedict biscuit, or the chicken and waffles-eggs Benedict with bourbon Maple syrup. The coffee is self-serve (a thoughtful touch) with real half & half and flavor syrups if you like French vanilla or hazelnut. The seating area had a comfortable, laid-back feel and the staff is friendly and accommodating.

We've been to different 4Rivers locations in the past, and so we had an idea of what to expect going in. The tables and chairs are wooden and homey. The outside patio has chalk and cornhole in the free spaces around tables for you and kiddos. The food is filling and delicious. We came towards the end of the night and they were out or nearly out of a number of things, but the staff did their best to accommodate us. We came on a Wednesday, and so two of our kids ate for free because of our two adult plates. Overall, I had a wonderful experience.

The food was great, the service was not. They sent us to our table with our sides which we had finished before our chicken arrived thirty minutes later without so much as an apology. This has been our experience the last few visits, unfortunately. It wasn’t even as crowded as usual. It will likely be a while before venture back to try again.
