While I can't generalize all brokers at Corocran, I will say that the one I had the misfortune of dealing with was completely shady, unethical and just down right unprofessional. My husband and I had thought we finally found our new home. The broker for the seller (a Corocran broker), not only made sure our deal would not go through, but he continued to seek other offers after having accepted ours. He, who's initials I'll just say are C.P., was seeking higher offers even after our deal was accepted and almost ready to sign. Even after confirming our qualifications he was still not convinced, apparently, that we could afford the apt. I guess I didn't realize that you not only have to prove your worth to a bank but also to a low life broker. He ruined our deal and our chances at a place that would have been perfect for us.
