One of the hidden treasures of Battle Creek. Certainly one of the best chefs in the area.  The food is prepared and presented almost like fine dining. It is mostly good American comfort food. They have the best tasting wet burrito in town also. Sometimes the service isn't quite as fast as I would like and the dining area doesn't up to par with the quality of food. But you get a decent proportion compared to the the price.

Waitress was nice but food quality was super low. 
Chicken tenders are just big chicken nuggets. Fries are like the kind you get at the fair. Just real low quality. And it's like 8 bucks for appetizers like 7 onion rings or a small bowl of prepackaged deep fried mushrooms.
Just not what I expected because the environment is cozy and clean.

Great food, beautifully prepared and presented.  Great flavor.  We had the daily specials;. I had a shrimp wrap, he had a whitefish plate.  Both options were delicious

Overall it was good. The food was a little bit pricey and the service was a tad slow but we enjoyed our burgers and my mom said the cod was good. The olive burger was a lot of mayonnaise with olives in it spread on the burger. My son didn't care for it. The salads were very good. Lots of bacon lettuce tomatoes cucumbers cheese and croutons. I would go again.
