I interviewed many attornies before finding Tom. My initial case got complicated very quickly and Tom was straight forward on what I could expect throughout my case. Through his expertise, he proved to the court what was the best interest for my child even with unexpected challenges. 

I recently retained Tom again to handle my change in parenting time request form, and once again I got more than expected.

I learned very quick that you get what you pay for. Having Tom on my side has been worth everything and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. I believe that if I had anyone else, the outcome would have been completely different. 

I would highly recommend him to anyone

They are a great law firm and have provided me with some great representation on my case.

Tom is overpriced and professional.  He is smart, and organized while sitting in his office.  But he fumbles while in court, appears nervous and his sentences don't flow.  I would not recommend him.

I had a very challenging case, one that could have had indefinite financial consequences.  Tom Cossitt evaluated my case and identified several strategies for moving forward.  I chose one and Tom developed and implemented that strategy with speed and with the utmost in professionalism.  The documents he drafted on my behalf, based on extensive research and case law / precedent were thorough and comprehensive.  When the Court ruled, it used the arguments as developed by Tom Cossitt verbatim in its decision, and the case was decided in my favor.  Needless to say, I was pleased beyond words.  

Based on my experience and the outcome of my case, I would highly recommend Tom Cossitt to anyone requiring the services of a family law attorney.
