I went her for school for a while. Best school ever! The teacher I had for the first semester though I didn't really enjoy. I was going through a pretty bad rough patch in my life just as I was entering college and I was having a hard time adjusting, especially with being my first time living outside my state. He made me feel crappy instead of trying to help me, still passed. But other than that I loved the classes and especially baking! I would love to go back and finish my schooling!

Beautiful facility; awesome student servers.  The food they prepare....every time we've been there......most excellent !!!  Fresh, prepared to order, foodie perfection !!!  The Bananas Foster they prepared at our table was so delicious.    

Love the pasty shop open to the public too.  Incredible desserts ...... and what a price !!!  My go-to for awesome desserts.     
                                                                                                              
 Truly a Muskegon JEWEL !!!  5 star food & service at a 3 star price.  Can't get much better than that !!!

Fantastic food at a price that can't be beat.  Completely student run, these are the folks that will be leading the hospitality industry in the next few years.  I've had some of the best meals that I've ever had in Muskegon right here at Courses.

Worth the stop if you are traveling through.  Great food from some talented students!  Stop by and give them some business!  If you live here, you already know the quality for the price.
