The Cultured Pearl has been a fixture in Rehoboth’s restaurant community since opening in 1993.

Story

Though recognized for its great sushi the Pearl is a restaurant for everyone. For the non-sushi lover our kitchen has carte blanche to tempt your taste buds. From traditional Japanese teriyakis and tempuras, to spicy Thai dishes and back home to good old American, the Pearl has dishes to please.
At the Pearl Bar the professional barkeeps can guide you through the extensive sake and beer lists or perhaps have you sample one of the many wines by the glass. The house cocktails and martinis are as innovative as they are refreshing. Enjoy dinner and a drink at the Pearl Bar while catching the game on the large flat-screen TVs.
Sitting at our sushi bar under the watchful eye of master sushi chefs is as educational as it is entertaining. Watch their knife skills, savor their latest creations, and engage in conversation with chefs from around the world. Try something new or stick with your favorites – with more than 30 sushi roll selections and the freshest fish arriving daily, you will be in sushi paradise.
Eating on our rooftop patio is an experience. Perched atop the 15,000-gallon rooftop koi pond, you can sample many flavors with a bird’s-eye view of the Avenue.
