Very knowledgeable and helpful for the entire process. We LOVE our Bullfrof hot tub.  We were able to be in it the very first night. Could not be happier. We purchased a used hot tub privately, and had an experienced friend (who used to work with hot tubs) lined up to help us move it. At the 11th hour he cancelled, and we already had the electrician lined up! Frantically we called The Deep End team, and they practically bent over backwards to help us out of our jam! Ivy and Julie were there for us every step of the way, even calling to make sure everything went ok! They have been a huge help with us being first time hot tub owners, and have helped us balance our spa water! We highly recommend them!!!

We purchased our Bullfrog Spa here three years ago when it was Billards and Spa.  The service was excellent then and it is still the same.  Ky is the person who sold it to us then and he is still employed there.  All personnel I have worked with have been very courteous and helpfull!  I highly recommend this company!
