Thank goodness for Paige and her team!  After realizing that I needed much more coverage after life events, I casually mentioned to The DeLuca Agency that I wanted help in exploring my options.  She made sure to help me throughout the entire process, as I really hate dealing with things like insurance. This is the worst insurance company ever. Our experience has been absolutely horrendous. We have been customers for almost three years with nationwide. We have home & auto . A few weeks ago our son was hit on his way to school. We obtained a lawyer and subsequently after reviewing the evidence the judge threw it out and found the other motorist at full fault. We expected the other guys insurance to attempt to get out of paying for our totaled vehicle,  but what we found is that Nationwide completely screwed us over. They won't repair or replace our truck, they offered a low ball settlement. We had decided to just take what they were offering, then the claims adjuster comes back and says that they require the title to our truck if we accept this low ball claim. We had planned to put the little that was offered towards the almost 14,000.00 in repairs to fix our truck. They want us to take the low ball amount,  then keep our truck (That has a brand-new transmission 5000.00 and brand-new lift kit with 3 remaining 22in mag tires/rims. Worth 2000.00+) that was just put in the truck last July 2017. So that they can sell the parts for themselves. Meanwhile they are still haggling with the other insurance company to get money from them as well.  We did everything right only to find our insurance company (Nationwide isn't in Our side)! They are also telling us to turn in our rental vehicle a week ahead of the 30 days that is promised on our Insurance. Don't waste your time here. They are scam artist's.

I have been working with Maria Rodriguez and she is super wonderful. She had an answer for every question I had. She is super knowledgeable at what she does. Very helpful, and I am very satisfied with the business I have with her and this company.

We have had a great experience with The DeLuca Agency. Excellent customer service with Paige Brown and her team! Every year we shop our policy and even with a teen driver, The DeLuca Agency can't be beat. I highly recommend for Home Owners Insurance and Auto Insurance.

My husband and I have Dan Anderson as our Nationwide Insurance representative. He was able to bundle our home and cars for additional savings. We are very pleased with this agent, and will continue to stay with Nationwide for years to come
