Alex helped me at the end of June 2016.  He bought my Ascher Cut center stone and placed an amethyst in my wedding ring (free) so I could sell it.  This kindness has been remembered.  The only requirement was to let Alex know when my wedding setting with the amethyst stone sold and for how much.   

I sold the ring for $450 (or something around there, I cannot remember now) -- What he did for me and my children was over the top kind.  One year later, my divorce is nearly final, my kids and I are doing fantastic.  Due to this kindness we were able to pay rent, get a lawyer and buy food.  

The love, mercy and kindness extended to me and my children in our time of extreme need will always be remembered.  What an outstanding experience!

I recently purchased an engagement ring through the Diamond Family and could not say enough good things about the entire process. Their level of customer service and professionalism is unparalleled. You can tell that they put their heart and soul into everything that they do. Most importantly, the ring turned out beautiful. My fiance gets compliments at least once a week and the price was lower than what I would pay elsewhere. I was especially surprised when I saw what it appraised for vs. what I paid. The best part is that they also do their part to give back to the community and local charities. That is not something that they have to do, but it is something that you can tell they want to do to help those that are not as fortunate.

I have bought several pieces of jewelry from The Diamond Family for my wife and I.  I couldn't imagine ever going anywhere else.  Their selection, price and honesty is award winning.  This a family owned business and that's easy to spot by the care that they show each of their customers.   Whether it's a $150 necklace or a $15,000 ring.........they treat you like the best!   The new showroom/store makes your experience even that much more enjoyable!!  Look forward to doing future business with The Diamond Family!!  Keep up the 5 Star work!!!

My fiancée and I purchased my engagement ring and wedding band with The Diamond Family. They were very friendly and knowledgeable about their diamonds. I am very happy with my rings and I would definitely recommend shopping here.

Alex and the team at The Diamond Family were great to work with. Alex explained everything in a way that the non-seasoned jewelry buyer could understand. He walked me through all the steps how to pick out the great diamonds and rubies that he put in a setting that he designed. I was truly impressed with the outcome. The ring is beautiful and my wife truly loves her 20th anniversary gift!
