We came in at 1 on a Saturday to get lunch. We ordered the crawfish with beer for me and my inlaws. My wife ordered fried catfish. We waited 10 minutes for my beers. My wife's plate came. No crawfish at this point. My mother in law and I ordered two specialty drinks. 5 minutes later they came. Still no crawfish. It took my wife 10 minutes to eat her food. Still no cawfish. Waitress came and said it would be 15 minutes ad she would have them right out. Waited 10 more minutes, and decided to tell the waitress to forget the crawfish and just give me my check. They comped us the specialty drinks, and didn't charge us for the beers. We sat and finished the beers for another 10 minutes, and the table beside us, who walked in 30 minutes after us, got their crawfish. Called the manager and he had nothing but excuses. 
Drove all the way from Mobile for disappointment. 

I hope you stay in business 100 years, but you'll never get mine.

Wonderful atmosphere. Prices were reasonable. I ordered the Alfredo pasta w/ shrimp and thought it was very very good.

Top notch service and amazing roast beef last night for our company christmas party.  Beautiful venue. The management really cared and worked with us.   I didnt know aboit this place before but i'll be back.

Spectacular facilities including indoor dining, outdoor dining, a stage area, and a scenic view of the lake. The menu could use a bit of courage and creativity. The service is usually good but occasionally underwhelming. And the food has good days and bad. If The Dock were consistently awesome, it would likely be a major attraction. For super casual adventures, it is worth the visit. For serious eating or events, it might be questionable.
