The substitute drivers do not have a clue what to do with the students. there should be aides on every bus. My son who is in 2nd grade was pushed several times while bus is in motion by a 4th grader, backpack throw across bus and glasses broken and somehow the sub didnt realize what happened even after being told she just continued to drive.

Absolutely useless. I have been leaving multiple messages to complain about my childrens driver who sometimes doesnt even show up & can't get  a call back. Meanwhile this bus driver is irresponsible  & even let my daughter be choked & she did nothing. 
Guess they are waiting on someone to really ger hurt before they do anything.

Very rude and passive..You're dealing with concerned parents as to the the whereabouts of their children. If I bother you by asking 2-3 questions as to where Bus # _ _ _ may be or why it didn't show up, I apologize.

Why do they not have BUS AIDES ON THE BUS WITH THE DRIVER  the driver can't monitor all those elementary school kids.. In its crazy that they have to sit 3 to a seat...  I should start a petition on this transportation company b/c not having an aide on the bus caused my son which is in 1st grade to get punched in his eye by a child  in 4th grade it's disappointing to have to see you son come home with a swollen eye. And I think if they bus aides a lot of that stuff could be eliminated.
