The salesman was good and informative. I was completely satisfied. This is the third car we have purchased at this location. Perhaps the best part of the experience was the folks in the business office.  I won't name them but they were the best. They went out of their way to make the transaction smooth and seamless. I spoke with the Business Office manager and two other finance specialists and they were all very professional.  My experience at Lithia Springs CarMax was A+. Thanks All

Brian Williams, the sales man who sold me my new Ford Escape, is just awesome. He is very committed, knowledgeable, and extremely patient. It was a no pressure situation and very surprising that that I was even able to finance a 2016 car with nothing down.    #blessed

I just purchased my car about three weeks ago and it was the best car buying experience thus far. Mr. Leroy Gordon was so kind and patient. He made sure that I left with the car I wanted while staying in my budget. I know I was pretty difficult during this process, but I appreciate a salesman with patience. Also the financing paperwork took less than an hour which is a plus for me. I have been referring everyone I know to CarMax and Leroy.  Thanks so much I love my new car.

I loved my car buying experience at Carmax. From the sales person to the finance person. I received valuable information about the vehicle I purchased and the sales guy (Sir Wallace Cater) was very helpful in checking on different options to my liking, very friendly and provided excellent customer service!! I absolutely love my new car. I would purchase another vehicle from this location in the future!!

SIMPLE AND PLEASANT! My salesperson Betsy on Thornton Rd. in Lithia Springs, GA was so attentive.  She found the car that I wanted and had it brought in.  Financing was a breeze.  My only suggestion is to confirm online price with vehicle price tag.  I noticed that I was quoted $2000 less online and my paperwork was $2000 more.  At this point it was too late to correct.  I was looking at a few cars and had multiple prices in my head.
