I love this salon! They have been my go-to since moving to the area. The brand is fantastic and the work is always well done. Mya breathes this salon's brand and it shows. Scheduling an appointment online is easy and transparent.

I find it hilarious that it took half a year to write this garbage and to even try to defend POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE...as a local business owner this could have been addressed in a more professional way. Firstly lets address the situation at hand if i incorrectly scheduled an appointment i should have been denied service per your ONLINE CONTRACT and we would have avoided these shenighans by going back and forth with my testimonial. Maya you were combative and arguing in front of the 1 client in your salon....it was completely UNPROFESSIONAL and showed the lack there is...being a business owner u are fully aware that all business ain't good business no.matter how you dress it up....and to even stoop to the low of deciding when and how often i scheduled an appointment is not just a jab at me BUT to anybody that doesnt COME every week or whenever You see them as a "for sure" client. Im a women of several trades,.talents and gifts..... sitting in a salon is not at the top of my radar We know what happened...Lastly let's be clear that you didnt have to remove me from scheduling any future appointments with you because i was already done before the dryer shut off....i advise you didnt have to untwist or style my hair... i paid, apologized,deleted your app and carried on with my day......so refusing service to me was wasting your own time and energy.....because the work was good but not great...which explains why theres a new stylist every time i scheduled my BLUE MOON APPOINTMENTS ...there was never a conversation...email, letter or statement made to the effects of changes in how your salon was being ran.......you can understand the resistance to letting a new stylist style my hair.......when there was a new stylist every time I scheduled!! Fake and phoney I don't do my money was my money.... so carry on salon looks great and fashionable...however I wish u the best and hope as a Business Women you would be less hypocritical and more up lifting to our own  less judgemental stop assumimg everyone's the same....Class runs Radiant thru my soul.....I haven't lost any sleep nor disikes of how I continue to care for my own hair ... I was on time, pleasant and never once demanded anything while in your salon... The use of MALPRACTICE just lets me know you are avoiding and trying to ramp up your ratings, definitely a misuse in regards to this complaint .....if you read carefully i never insulted your craft and/or stated u caused harm to my hair or scalp only the lack of professionalism you displayed and now lies you write ....slander wont be warranted because I'm speaking facts.... so at the end of the day you have my info or you can wait another 8 months to "respond by owner"....with policy, procedures and defending low class behavior....at the end of the day "I Never lose...either I WIN or LEARN"....lesson learned😉

I literally go to them once a week, which is more often than I should (for the sake of my pocket book) but I love the experience that they bring. Maya and Sade are the first group of stylists that have EVER been really empathetic about the treatment of my hair. The experience that they give you and the hair goals that they set for you are promising. These ladies really know how to treat natural hair. I can tell a HUGE difference in my curl pattern, texture and overall growth since using their products. I have seen women of many different nationalities come into the salon and they never bat an eye to tell someone they cannot help them. This is by far my favorite salon and that says a lot because I have been natural for 11 years. I hear women talk about the expense but you pay for what you get and I never regret what I pay. Every time I come back they have a smile on their faces, they greet you at the door, ask you how your hair has been. After your hair has been styled they show you how to sleep with it, how to manage it for upcoming days. I love these ladies and Ms. Debbie! My favorite!

Most customers want to feel like their business is appreciated. The vibe I got after speaking with the "Master Cosmetologist" was not very welcoming. I have no desire to schedule/reschedule with The Doux ever again. Not to mention the prices are absurd.
