The food is good quality, but definitely not worth the price. I'm the type that doesn't mind spending $100 on a restaurant visit with my S.O. as long as the quality justifies the price. While the food is generally good, it's exorbitantly priced. This is the issue I have with some of Good Egg Dining Group restaurants. While Barrios is spot on, I think they take advantage of their locations to try to justify an unreasonable price. They charge that much, because they know people will think it should be, when it doesn't. I will say that I know many restaurant owners that think similarly. I think the oyster on half shell pricing is okay. Otherwise, you're just paying for a location and ambiance for food that should be priced about 10% to 15% less than on the menu. However, if you're the type of person that likes to spend money for the sake of spending money on an "upscale" restaurant and want to be felt as seen, then this is the place. The service was quite good, very professional. So this review is primarily geared towards their pricing structure in relation to the quality of their product.

I was nervous about the reviews mentioning improperly cooked/over-cooked fish - but I had nothing to worry about!! Brought my family here, and we were treated wonderfully. The service was great, I loved the interior design and atmosphere, and all the food was delicious. At our table we ordered the Hot Onion Dip, Lobster Roll, Angus Burger, Scallops, and a special (with Turbot). Every dish was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. We have dined in some of the best restaurants in Los Angeles, and this place definitely lives up to our expectations for amazing, quality seafood. They even treated us to a complimentary piece of the Lemon Cloud Pie, and it was divine!! I would highly recommend this place, and will definitely be coming back.

This place had a great interior, kind staff and had knowledge of food allergies. They were very accommodating of my family and helped us find the best meal for our taste styles while explaining the menu. I would suggest them to anyone. I’ll go back.

This is my favorite place to go for brunch and dinner. They have the BEST crab cakes and they use the lump crab meat. They are so yummy! Their mimosas are really good too. My husband likes the Hawaiian one and I usually get the cucumber mimosa.

This is an impressive restaurant. The wait staff is down to earth and knowledgeable about all menu items and appropriate cocktail/wine pairings. They did an excellent job at making us feel like we were the only party in the restaurant. I'd give more than five stars if I could!
