Probably the best gym I have ever been to. This is not a gym that specializes in certain areas of exercises, but is a huge array of machines and areas for people to use. They have a 40 yard sprint track, kettle bells, 5 squat racks, those large workout ropes, different pull up bars that are found in rock climbing areas. Very large array of things to use. The problem is it is always packed to the brim at normal workout hours. So much so that you will almost never get a squat rack, almost every bench is taken, all of the mid range dumbbells are in use and I need to pray there is a pull up bar free to snatch right as I get there. Granted, this place is so big that you can find something else to do in the mean time, but I have a set routine that I want to stick with and so does everyone else. Regardless, this is a great gym. You will be happy signing up here. Also, their shake bar is legit. 6 dollar protein shakes are huge and delicious. Just know that there is sugar in each of them so be mindful of that.

Most of the problems in these negative reviews can easily be avoided by paying attention to the contract you're signing. The club itself is fantastic. Well kept machines, very active cleaning crew (sometimes too active), plus the staff has always been super friendly and helpful. The only problem I have with this gym is that is gets REALLY crowded. I wish they would buy the empty space next door and expand. I usually plan my workouts in the late evening (11:30/midnight) to avoid the large crowds. I left LA fitness for this gym and I'm so glad I did.

I've been to at least 3 my life time. And I left LA Fitness for the Edge and now a little upset I did. Yes I'm paying a few dollar less, but it doesn't make any different. I never seen a GYM do not provide paper towels, You have to ask the staff for it. A gym in the past i went to always have paper towels. The Edge Fitness should start providing us paper towels. Another thing is weekend hours should be open earlier than 7am why not 6am instead. I might go back to LA Fitness I'm not too happy right now.

The billing company is impossible to deal with. Why do you feel the need to hound me for my 20$ a month. Or why when I am 8 months pregnant is it so hard to cancel the freaking thing. I'm in no rush to leave my kid and work out. The front staff is not friendly what so ever. All the girls look like they should work at a makeup store not a gym -_-

Moved over 25 miles away from this gym and wanted to cancel membership. Emailed and called front desk over 5 times to talk to them about canceling my account only to be directed to ABC Financial. They stated I owed an "enhancement fee" for the year for some $60. I refused payment as this is ridiculous. They transferred my "debt" to Swift Financial who just notified me 4 months later that I owe over $400. Manchester continued to charge a closed account and rack up fees. Will be reporting to BBB.
