I gave three stars because the girls in the office have been very helpful in the twin falls office. But I would give 1 star on the payment process. The first payment was made 8/21/17 with a balance of $5931.76 I have made 4 other payments on top of that. When I asked for a payoff amount in December I was told the pay off would be $6011. Getting close to tax season I asked again in January. I was told the payoff would be $6038 after my January payment the payoff would be about $5800. I don't understand how you can make payments to a company and see no headway or see the payoff continue to go up??? I pay $258 to 260 a month I  have talked to the office staff and all they can come up with is it all goes to interest?? Be careful which company you go through you might be being raked over the Cole's or die trying to pay off your high interest loan.

Awesome staff to work with, friendly ladies will do anything in thear power to help you get financed Don't matter if you need  car, motorcycle, boat , fourwheeler, or anything you might be in need .Even if you need small or big personal loan they will make it happen. thank you guys you are awesome. They helped me when I needed it the most and I'm happy that such place like them is here to help ppl in magic valley area. Thank you guys . My next plan is nice Harley Davidson I hope.
