My Dad had an appt for 2:30. We were 3 min late.  BUT  behind 2 people for check in. Took them longer to check him in then we were late. The Dr. Wouldn't see him and sent him to walk in side.  Waited  an  hour to be seen on walk in side.  Not good customer service. Im in healthcare and we would never turn down seeing a patient 3 min late. 
I would like to give a 5 star to the Dr and staff that ended up working with my dad. They were great!  Thank you.

Thank you to nurse Lisa and her wonderful staff for helping me get my emergency inhaler refill while I was at work. I called 3 Everett clinics right before closing in the middle of an attack and they went above and beyond. I can breathe easy again thank you!

Helpful staff. Wait times too long and lack of communication between specialists. They have been flexible to make appointments happen on my tight schedule.

My second visit I came by for eye concerns. There was a bit of a wait due to an after lunch rush. Dr. Taylor was great to me and checked vision critical stuff. After a less than pleasant experience with another doctor at this location, I was apprehensive about going there for help with something that could affect my vision, but Dr. Taylor was patient, considerate, and proficient, even though there turned out to be nothing of significant concern. Thanks again.
